Description

The Zeppelin as an object carries a fascinating historical ambiguity. It represents progress, imagination, and human aspiration, but also fragility and risk. That duality resonates strongly with my approach to design. I am interested in forms that feel slightly out of time, belonging neither fully to the past nor to the future. Translating the silhouette and spatial logic of an airship into a chair allowed me to explore volume, suspension, and visual lightness in a way that creates tension between monumentality and delicacy. In that sense, the project is not nostalgic, but rather speculative, reinterpreting historical technological dreams through a contemporary, handmade language. Each piece comes in high-quality leather or 100% plant-based Dalmatian fur.
