Shipping Policy

1. Packaging

All our furniture is carefully packed in crates to ensure maximum protection during transit.

2. Delivery Time

  • Each product page displays specific shipping information. The estimated delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is placed until shipment from our warehouse in Poland.
  • The time from dispatch to delivery depends on the distance from our warehouse and local regulations at the destination. Typically, the overall process from purchase to delivery does not exceed two weeks.
  • If you have ordered products with varying shipping times, your complete order will be held until all items are available for shipment.
  • Please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes.
  • For urgent deliveries, please contact our customer team at hello@matisipiora.com.

3. Transport

  • We use DHL as our shipping partner.
  • This service includes standard curbside delivery, which means the courier will deliver your items to the curb at the specified delivery address. Please note that curbside delivery does not include internal delivery, assembly of items, or removal of pallets and packaging.
  • Prior to delivery, our logistics partner will contact you to propose a delivery date and time frame. If the proposed time is not convenient, you will have the option to reschedule.
  • If you are unavailable at the agreed delivery time, your item may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, please contact us at hello@matisipiora.com to arrange for a new shipment. Additional delivery costs may apply if the item is returned.

4. Order Cancellation and Changes

  • Once an order is received, we immediately begin preparing it for shipment (unless a later delivery date has been specifically requested).
  • This means there is a limited window in which changes or cancellations can be made.
  • If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at hello@matisipiora.com. If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
